One injury can keep you benched all season, and if untreated can cause bigger problems, which is why our fast, accessible, and expert clinics can get you back on your feet and back on the field.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Saturday Sports Clinic
Do I need a parent or guardian present if I am under 18?
Yes. Athletes under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This ensures proper consent for evaluation, treatment recommendations, imaging if needed, and any follow-up care instructions. Having a parent present also allows the medical team to fully explain the injury, recovery expectations, and safe return-to-play guidance.
What should I bring with me to the Saturday Sports Clinic?
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and any relevant medical information related to your injury. If you have previous imaging, braces, or documentation from a trainer or coach, those can also be helpful. Wearing athletic clothing that allows easy access to the injured area can help make the evaluation more efficient.
How long will my visit typically take?
Visit times vary depending on the severity of the injury and whether imaging or additional evaluation is needed. Most patients are evaluated and receive initial recommendations within the same visit. Our goal is to provide efficient care so you can understand your injury and next steps without unnecessary delays.
Will I receive documentation for my coach, athletic trainer, or school?
Yes. If needed, we can provide medical documentation outlining your diagnosis, activity restrictions, and return-to-play recommendations. This helps ensure coaches and trainers understand your condition and support a safe recovery timeline.
What happens after my initial visit?
If follow-up care is needed, our team will help coordinate the next steps, which may include additional evaluation, therapy, or specialist care. We focus on providing clear guidance so you know exactly how to move forward with recovery and safely return to your sport.
